She has money to last a year easy and she has ALREADY established operations in all the early primary states and building out in the others. She began to build her team up for this a few years back.

Anyone who thinks they just enter the race now are fooling themselves. You can bet Harris, Biden, Sanders, Booker, et al have operations ready to roll.

Per your 'top 2-3 in early primaries" line, it is much about the money. No reason to get out if you are operational at any point.
