He/she is earning a living. They got hired by an employer and they go to work and do the job asked of them. What a pithy, stupid comment from someone who considers himself some kind of deep thinker. You might not like it that the government is in that business or hires folks, but that's far different than suggesting that folks aren't earning the wage that they signed on for.
