You claim Trump is welcoming of legal entry immigrants. Yet, his admin is taking steps to lower legal immigration and refugee admissions to historic lows. His point is clear and he's made it since he declared his run for presidency...he thinks immigrants, illegal or otherwise, are predominantly bad people wanting to come here to commit crimes. "Mexico isn't sending us their best people, they're sending murderers and rapists."

But hey, he said they're great so he must mean it!
