I would classify Pickett as the best option on this team

Other than Wes Clark (and Isabell and Walton to some degree in a bit role), we haven't had a single player with that capacity since Clarkson which is now 6 years ago.

We have had a succession of Keith Shamburger --> Terrence Phillips --> Jordan Geist at pg the who all have almost no ability to put pressure on the defense off the dribble as threats to get to the rim. And predominantly our shooting guards don't have the smallest capacity to do that in that timespan. I'm hopeful that is a roster rebuilding limitation rather than a lack of value and prioritization of that aspect of the game.
