DJT tweets daily. Those tweets almost always have lies or distortions in them. He talks to the press a lot in passing and almost always lies.
Think about the sheer possibility of Lincoln publicly lying about something. A journalist would have to be present to hear it, right? Trump's gazillion tweets alone give him more exposure to a single lie than Abe or anyone had prior to the radio.
Aside from the fact that this POTUS seems to ENJOY lying, his ability to be heard alone on the various forms of media make him most susceptible to this statistic. Then add in the fact that he has lied ~10x per day and its really not close.
