doesn't show exactly how aggressive the dog was. The cop is under no obligation to let the dog bite him. If the guy called the cops he should have put his dogs away before the cop got there.

I jog nearly every day. I've been bitten by dogs, had to get the shots, infection on leg, and owner swore the dog would never bite anybody.
