the ****tiest software of any major entity. Just because trump says "we'll issue refunds" doesn't mean that the agency can/will process filings smoothly (when have they ever done anything smoothly.)
And if there are problems, don't expect employees that haven't been paid in a month, to be too enthusiastic about fixing them.
