They're showing people who have seen aliens, talked about their crashes, with a lot of details and with 8 min. to go on the show the screen just blanked out, including audio. It came back on in 4 min.
The air force has apparently kept this stuff secret since the 50's. Have read a book on it, saying the same thing. Makes as much sense as voting for hilary or bernie.
