JG cannot simply disagree with someone the other party must be a liar

I could just hear him in oral arguments in front of the Supreme Court not trying to argue legal points but that the other side were just liars and that the Court must find for him because he has never been wrong. I guess there is a reason he is a DVM and not a lawyer
