it is all Don. Congressional hearings will start and his admin is about to feel like it is under assault and rightly so. His stupid wall prop will be the least of his worries. He may likely resign. But to do that opens him up to massive litigation - so perhaps he hides in the WH as long as he can.
Senate will send the bill b/c there are LOTS of GOP Senators up for re-election - 20 I think and they will put he heat on McConnell. Two already have if not more.
