ok..well he is taking the war to a place it did not need to go...and there have always been tariffs both ways...and over time, those tariffs have been decreasing...without extended periods of increased tariffs to get lower tariffs.

That is Trump's problem..he can't just negotiate....he has to create a problem first to be able to negotiate.

I think Ummmm summed it up perfectly his style...we need more government to get less government. The logic of that makes no sense.
