I think what the market could use right now to pop it, is the Fed issuing a reconsideration of the 2-3 anticipated hikes in 2019, and the trade issues with China coming to resolution ASAP. IMO the lanscape is changing dramatically and suddenly. I understood the last hike but a lot's changed even since then.
