swamp was. It was clearly about preventing unethical and illegal activities in Washington. And Trump clearly has not stopped it but ramped up the amount of these activities. He had a problem with lobbyists in the campaign and then hired multiple lobbyists to work in his cabinet. Typical republican hypocrite.
