allowing protected classes of people to underperform without holding them accountable.

The problem of a society that assumes but will not state, that certain segments of the population cannot keep up and must be compensated by lowering expectations and making excuses for poor performance.

The problem that stating the obvious makes one a racist but actual racists denying the obvious and labeling opposing views as racist is compassionate.
