My portfolio like many is down significantly. Much of it started with the tariffs and the affect of a slowing economy on China. Only a fool thinks the trade battle doesn't contribute. If Trump's administration were to work out a resolution to this, stocks would pop.
Trump appointed Powell and 4/5 Fed governors. His complaining about the Fed is like a Coach who calls the plays, whinning that the OC is ruining the offense. Powell looked like a dunce when he held a news confernce after the last hike,
