That's why a lot of police departments on I-95 in GA and FL focus on south bound traffic rather than northbound. Drugs are going north, money is coming south. Pull over the ones with money and you usually get to keep it. Of course, the Feds take a small percentage. And, if you occasionally steal money that isn't drug money, the victim has an incredibly difficult time getting it back through the courts.
