A profane little girl to be sure, but he doesnt know how to deal with someone who does not think the way he does.

I suspect this guy was targeted, frankly. The customer probably knew this guy was a nut and dressed that way to set him off.

Also, the customer appears to be a physically substantial person, and the little Daisy behind the counter did not know what to do. Part of the plan, I suspect.
