the black student, who may have been too aggressive in his non-physical advances, received a much harsher punishment than the white student, who was found to have committed sexual assault. This case wasn't about "size," but color...So, only the black OL have to worry about this precedent.

This can't be though bc racism didn't exist on Mizzou's campus in 2015, right?
