No doubt. And yes, Obama disliked the military but had no absolutely problem using it/them to create perpetual war and make his buds rich, among other things.

I actually wish Trump disliked the military as much as Obama, and would slash the military budget, recall all troops from foreign lands, and retire them from the payroll.
