Odom has a issue of recruiting difference makers in the Mo/Kan/Illini region at this time hopefully he can fix that issue. But over all I'm happy with his recruiting of the volume players to win.

At this time I agree that Odom has a 8-9 win ceiling but that is not set in stone. He could continue to improve as a coach and recruiter and get to the 10-11 mark. Next year will be a huge season for Odom as a HC...
