Heat oven to 350
grease the inside of a ramekin with butter. then add:
• shaved ham
• one or two eggs (depending on size of ramekin)
• grated asiago
• thyme
* splash of cream
put in a water bath and bake for 13 - 30 minutes depending on size of ramekin and how done you like your eggs. had them at a b&b in rocheport years ago
obviously you can switch up ingredients
