when they had one top 10 (or even Top 5) recruiting class after another under Mack Brown and Charlie Strong and couldn't do $hit with them. Plus, Rivals ratings can't foresee how players will either develop into something special during their college careers or quit developing and never reach their true potential.

If you don't believe me, look at all the small college/non-Power 5 players in the NFL who were overlooked by the "big time programs."
