similar to keto but not quite. It's definitely low carb

Pretty much nothing but protein/fat and vegetables during the week. Eggs and sausage/bacon for breakfast, meat and veggies for lunch and dinner. It's a little bland but it works really well. And Saturday I just eat/drink whatever i want.
