people need a TEMPORARY hand up, to get on their feet and become productive.

The problem is, it has become a lifestyle choice for the slugs.

Welfare is a typical government program. Well intentioned, necessary for some, and blown up to where it is unrecognizable from its intended purpose.

But there is money there. Free money for slugs, and billions for government to waste and barter for votes.

People who need help should be helped.

People who want handouts should be thrown on the street. And eventually prison.
