on both sides, offense and defense, and if the players don't execute them properly, they won't work. That's what I saw a lot of last night.
And sometimes they worked well - once in the first half, Mark Smith set a back screen, then popped out for the open 3 and hit it. That was a well-designed play, and it was executed to perfection. With a bunch of young guys, that's not always going to be the case.
I'm not trying to just give Cuonzo a pass, but his roster is the primary issue this season.
