Market. I know I don't, but Barry is a low paid coach, that is a fact. The reason is that his resume' is a bit short. That said, Bielema, Jones, Muschamp, Dooley, Kiffin and likely more, had better pedigrees than Odom and they all failed in the SEC. So did Sumlin. Barry has not failed....yet. all I see is 3 years of improvement from the 2015 debacle. Personally, I would figure out a way to up his salary and lengthen his contract with a bit bigger buyout.

What he has done in 3 years after that mess is relatively good.
