That is simply ridiculous no matter what whacked out hyper partisan hack you are.
For one thing its doubtful if a President would have even HEARD of 70% of the people he would end up appointing.
(prior to the appointing....and maybe not even then).
I call for a professional government in virtually every office of every division of every Department.
There probably shouldn't be more than 50 positions appointed by Presidents (with the possible exception of
vacancies other than being fired by the incoming President).
