offensive, defensive philosophies hire position coaches. It is these coaches that will define their recruiting areas. ie, areas they are typically used to recruiting and the focus on the kind of players they want.
Post script: Two things
1) Wanting is not the same as getting.
2) After this post, as a courtesy I will not post again about Les Miles on this board unless someone asks something specific. I like and respect Les Miles.
3) Having said that, I am no fan of ku and truthfully I don't want to be. I would rather Miles had gone to another university.
