expert on police procedure, apparently the 'security' officer at the Illinois bar incident where he was shot by an officer responding to a shots fired call was NOT in a security uniform as he was a bouncer. He did possess a FOID card which is what Illinois issues to citizens in order to purchase a firearm. He did not possess a CCW permit, nor did he have a security officer license indicating he'd passed a licensing exam.
It was a shìtty deal and the officer will burn, but he had a split second to make a decision when confronted with an armed man sitting on top of another individual and holding the barrel to a handgun against the back of that person's head. Is it an execution? The crowd is screaming and you have to decide in an instant what is the going on. Decide wrong and an innocent person may get executed.
Of course why do you give a shìt? You have already made up your mind from the initial WLS news report.
