Better guard play would help Tilmon a lot

Right now we routinely start our offense too far from the basket. This forces our post players to come out too far to get touches.

Another problem is Mark Smith is the only guard teams really need to respect. If we had more offensive threats on the perimeter teams couldn't collapse as aggressively on the post. That said, Tilmon needs to be much stronger with the ball.
