Is the team competitive in the rest of the losses?
Does Hall play? If he redshirts the offense will be really good next season.
Does BO get Bryant or another good grad transfer QB?
What about the rest of recruiting?
Does Sterk have a coach on the hook that is definitely better than BO? And does he have donors in place to make that move?

Depending on the answers to those questions and others you can make a case to keep BO or to move on.
