Even those who were incredibly pessimistic about the hire couldn't anticipate the levels of failure he encountered and how poorly equipped he was for the job.

I'm quite confident my mother would have won more combined games over a 3 year period as MU's head coach if I gave her a 5 minute call before each game to prep her on minutes distribution and rotations.
