playing up tempo with this team.
Depth
Inexperience
And the number of question marks skill wise

Obviously Martin has fewer questions than we do, and if we were in practice every day some of our thoughts might change. If Pinson, Watson, & Pickett can really come out and produce offensively, and Mitchell has really recovered his athleticism, then the impression of what the team can do changes.
