It will not only take Tilmon but there will be a ton of players needing to "accept new roles" whaty you can have is people starting to think it's my time to shine and start making poor decisions not related to the teams best interest.... COMO will need to set and define roles...The team last season went to the tourney after MPJ was out same can be for this group.....
