Best thing NCAA can do is work with NBA to get rid of 1&done and then apply enforcement to all cheaters
Burrito Bill will be gone but the next man up will do fine
I would be ok if ucla, ku, Duke, unc, get 5 yr tournament bans and force to give up 5 scholarships.
