There were doctors that were known to just give out cards for anything. I'm sure most people's regular doctor wouldn't hand them out willy nilly, but some doctors would. They made a lot of money by being "weed doctors" known to be lenient with the law.

Maybe I should get my PHD and become one of them weed doctors.
