we all know every program is dirty but its the favoritism and pecking order of the cheating that is the problem. kansas is the first place top Adidas prospects get sold to; Kentucky and North Carolina are the first place top Nike prospects get bought off and placed at, etc. Schools like Mizzou, Oklahoma, Iowa State, Purdue, Tennessee, Georgia etc that are farther down that shoe money pecking order are the ones that will benefit from the whole system being cleaned up a bit. Even if temporarily.
I don't think the new laxness of the NCAA about the transfer market is a coincidence. Look what Self and ku just did. Loaded up on transfers, pretty much raped and pillaged the whole Memphis starting lineup. They know the blue blood farm system is going to have to shift from high school to transfers from non-blue blood schools. It's already started.
