1. Drastically cut taxes for individuals that disproportionately impact the top tax brackets.

2. Increase spending bigly.

3. Make comments about the "disturbing" deficit they helped make worse.

4. Use this "disturbing" deficit to cut programs that disproportionately impact the elderly, children, and poor Americans.

5. Lather, rinse, repeat.
