I never said his recruiting is terrible, he has landed some very good 2nd tier guys who can blossom into real stars. Now Odom weak part of recruiting is he let the chance to land some instate difference makers slip away, if he had landed several of those it would of made his job easier and glossed over some of his coaching shortcomings.
