up a chimney in an old house. I was ripping out the nest and found several babies. I removed them but the mom was still there. She was hissing and snapping at me.

My oldest son was little at the time and had convinced his grandma to let him keep this claw device used to pick up items off the ground. I had to use that to clench the mom squirrel and pull her out.
