Yale roommate (and likely others) would confirm that. No one said anything about loss of memory. Did he drink to the point of passing or blacking out. This isn't med school.
And if you have to go THAT far - in defense of a man painting mostly the IDEAL AMERICAN KID routine, bald-faced lies, he doesn't belong on the court.
