He opened the story up for anyone who knows him to contradict his choir boy image he painted of himself. He didn't really need to do that and I think it may end up being a huge mistake. Certainly doesn't seem like that's how he was, at least all the time.

He essentially opened up a second front to attack his credibility, but the second front is drinking habits, his high school activities and so on.
