affidavit flat out states he's a foreign agent but in other parts it says Russia was trying to recruit him. so which was it? was he a foreign agent or were they trying to recruit him?

that affidavit is an affront to anyone with any experience writing affidavits in support of warrants. so on this board, i think that would narrow it down to me. lol
