you learn to distinguish between the harm caused by the hurricane, as opposed to the deaths caused by the infrastructure which was in extremely poor condition prior to Trump even winning the election? The deaths caused by the extremely poor state of the infrastructure is not part of the body count from the hurricane. Grow up and take the adult view of things. They squandered innumerable opportunities to improve the infrastructure prior to the hurricane's arrival, but preferred to squabble about the money instead. Those lives are on the Puerto Rican government, not the President nor FEMA.
