And Manafort is tryin to play him right now with these threats of getting a plea. BUT in plea talks Paul says he won't talk about Trump and I imagine then that Mueller is not giving anything without the facts on the June 16 meeting.

Also to pardon either is a bald admission of his own guilt. Though we have gotten to the point where Trump's guilt is well-established. Innocent men don't impede investigations, they welcome them.
