after Trump drops the declassify MOAB effectively ending the witch hunt and Trump will allow Mueller to declare victory with Manafort, etc., and retire. And McCabe, Ohr, and others will be prosecuted by Huber. It goes to Obama. I doubt it reaches Obama.
