for the average person it's not that much of a jump if you go up 50 to 150 basis points. Now, if you have a jumbo loan, it hurts.

But rates will rise. If not, you'll see inflation happen. Finally. You head off the inflation by raising rates which have been so low for so long, you have to do it over time, which is happening.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
