I suspect Glen Simpson of Fusion GPS and the Russian attorney skirted U.S. laws in conspiring to lure Trump Jr. to the meeting, but I see no criminal violations involved in their ruse. However, if members of Federal law enforcement or intelligence agencies were complicit in it, they could face a wide range of charges.
