tampering with evidence, perjury, insubordination, planting/creating/purchasing false evidence, abuse of authority, malfeasance, bias, failure to disclose, failure to investigate, failure to secure evidence.
These words and others should give any competent prosecutor pause, however Mueller has seemingly ignored most if not all of these things on the part of those who were sworn to uphold the law, and were assigned to investigate allegations of foreign interference with our election in 2016, and allegations of illegal conduct on the part of Hillary Clinton and others.
There isn't much of anything left after the inadmissible evidence is excluded as tainted.
And there is the long list of people removed from their positions for misconduct in the performance of their duties.
Look at all of the harm Strzok and his co-conspirators caused with his politically motivated misconduct.
