by line.
but you won't.
here's the bottom line your confirmation bias is on overload right now. you do not objectively look at facts.
team trump was never promised stolen emails at this meeting. they were promised OFFICIAL russian documents that would incriminate HRC in her dealings with Russia.
there is no offer of stolen emails. and keep in mind to this day team HRC says her emails were never hacked.
there is no offer of stolen DNC emails. keep in mind that at this date there was no public knowledge of hacked DNC emails. Keep in mind that IF team trump had been in on the hack of the DNC they wouldn't need this meeting at all.
so first things first the thing of value is some official Russian document. had they actually received this document then i'd say you were right that there is an argument to be made that it was an in-kind contribution. it's certainly not black and white but i'd agree you have an argument.
but you will never get around the fact that they didn't get the document/s.
and you can not show me a federal statute that proves in the elements of the crime that an attempt at getting this information is illegal.
they do not have to report donations before the fact. and they wouldn't have to report this one after the fact b/c they received nothing.
what other crime are you claiming they conspired to commit?
